Sarah Koslov
Counsel, Corporate, Builders Vision
Sarah Koslov serves as Counsel, Corporate at Builders Vision. She is responsible for supporting S2G Ventures, Builders Initiative, and Builders Asset Management teams on the execution of direct investments, including venture capital and growth equity investments, and fund commitments, as well as ongoing portfolio company support, corporate governance, operations, and compliance matters.
Sarah is an attorney with passion and experience working with investors, companies, and change-makers. Prior to joining Builders Vision, Sarah was an attorney in private practice with Cooley LLP and began her legal career at Willkie, Farr & Gallagher LLP. In these roles, Sarah advised public and private companies throughout their lifecycle on business and legal matters including incorporation, financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Sarah also worked closely with venture capital firms, private equity funds, family offices, and corporate venture groups on their investments along with matters related to their portfolio companies.
Sarah is admitted to practice law in Illinois and Texas. She earned her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and her bachelor's degree in philosophy from the South Carolina Honors College at the University of South Carolina. While in law school, Sarah was a research assistant for the Institute for Technology Law & Policy, where her research focused on algorithmic fairness and disability rights. She also served as a Senior Editor for the Georgetown Law Technology Review and was a Public Interest Fellow. Sarah has an outsized love for her red, 80s Schwinn bicycle and an enthusiasm for the outdoors. In her freetime, she enjoys biking, yoga, and long hikes with friends.
