Cristin Pacifico is a Senior Associate, Investments, on the Builders Initiative Investment Team's Oceans portfolio.
Cristin is a Florida native, and her passion for coastal resilience stems from formative experiences at Mote Marine Aquarium and competitive rowing on the intercoastal.
Previously, Cristin led venture investments and portfolio strategy at TechNexus, collaborating with enterprise manufacturing partners in the marine and outdoor recreation sectors. She built a portfolio of early-stage clean tech companies to address critical gaps in energy infrastructure.
Her career spans operating and investing roles, including strategic finance at Home Chef through its merger with Kroger, and investment banking at Robert W. Baird.
A proud alum of the University of Notre Dame, Cristin serves on the Venture Builders Committee for its IDEA Center and co-founded JIFFI, a South Bend-based microlending non-profit.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking with her family and friends and spending time on the Lakefront.
